She leads social initiatives around health, education and social impact under her trust, and has helped drive programmes improving education, innovation and health across multiple states in India.

आज मोनिका भारतीय जनता पार्टी की समर्पित कार्यकर्ता के रूप में द्वारका वार्ड B-120 / मटियाला में संगठन को मज़बूत करती हैं और चुनावी विजय में निर्णायक भूमिका निभाती हैं। 2024 में उन्हें उद्यमिता और सामाजिक प्रभाव के क्षेत्र में राष्ट्रीय अटल भूषण पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया।Today, as a dedicated BJP karyakarta, Monika strengthens the organisation in Dwarka Ward B-120 / Matiyala and plays a decisive role in election victories. In 2024 she was honoured with the National Atal Bhushan Award for her contribution to entrepreneurship and social impact.
