जब मैं द्वारका की गलियों में काम करती हूँ, तो एक बात बार-बार स्पष्ट होती है — किसी समाज की असली प्रगति इस बात से नहीं मापी जाती कि वहाँ कितनी योजनाएँ हैं, बल्कि इस बात से कि उन योजनाओं को आकार देने वाली मेज़ पर कितनी महिलाएँ बैठी हैं।When I work in the lanes of Dwarka, one thing becomes clear again and again — a society's real progress is not measured by how many schemes it has, but by how many women sit at the table that shapes those schemes.

That is why my focus has always been on girls' education, women's skilling and safe public spaces.
